Skill work or game reps? You need both.

Most training programs give you one or the other. Cutting Edge's 3-on-3 gives you both — every session.

Skill work without game reps doesn't stick. Game reps without coaching don't improve. This program fixes both — 1/2 of the session includes high-intensity skill development, followed by the last 1/2 featuring live 3 on 3 play with the coaches on the ice giving immediate feedback.

That feedback loop is the point. Possessing the skill is only half the equation; knowing when and how to use it in a game is what actually translates. Each session blends the technical and the tactical — with a particular focus on skating, stickhandling, and shooting.

Schedule

When: Mondays, 5:30–6:30 PM

Starts: Monday, November 9

Ends: Monday, January 18 (no class December 28)
