A club-level class for teens with climbing experience who want to train: power, technique, projecting and an introduction to competition.
Five 90-minute classes. Prerequisite: RCC classes or equivalent experience. Under 12 with coach approval.
All gear supplied. Wear comfy athletic clothes and bring a water bottle.
